I believe this is a very interesting topic. I have never thought about this, and now that I have i believe that there is no reason that they can't. I don't think that there is any advantage to having prosthetic legs, and if there is a disadvantage then that is something they need to over come. If people with prosthetics aren't allowed to compete in the olympic games I believe it woudl be ludacris, because as far as I know there is no advantage.
